Timothy S. Lopresti is part of the Manhattan Orthopedic Care team and works as a Physician Associate  He is a nationally certified Physician Associate, board-certified in the states of New York and New Jersey. Timothy specializes in orthopedics with a focus in sports medicine under the direction of Dr. Armin Tehrany, M.D. He brings to Manhattan Orthopedic Care experience in fracture care, total joint replacement and spine surgery as well as sports medicine. He assists in the diagnosis and treatment of our patients, and acts as a first assistant in the operating room with Dr. Tehrany. A native of the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania, Timothy attended Wagner College in Staten Island where he completed his undergraduate degree as well as their Physician Assistant Program in 2007. While at Wagner, Timothy was very active within the Physician Assistant Program serving as his class representative, as well as within his fraternity Tau Kappa Epsilon where he served as the fraternity’s health care educator. He was also a Division I wrestler for Wagner College’s wrestling team. Timothy still has a great love for sports and is currently passing that on to his two young sons. When not spending time with his wife and children, he remains active by snowboarding, mountain biking, and hiking. He also plays in a men’s basketball league, and competes in beach volleyball tournaments throughout the summer.
